I devote this week's blog to a call for action from concerned Vermonters. Below is the first stage of a project posted at

VT911.org. I encourage ALL to sign and become involved. All the 7 years of research exposing the lies around 9/11 is meaningless unless we also ACT on what we know.....

VT911 is a loosely affiliated group of Vermonters who are extremely worried about the direction our country is headed. We believe that the events of September 11, 2001 are crucial to a deeper understanding of many issues -- including our addiction to oil, the curtailment of our civil liberties, our nation's role in the world, and its place in history. After studying a variety of materials over the last five or so years, we've concluded that key elements of the official story of what happened on 9/11 are false and that uncovering the complete truth about 9/11 is crucial to our own safety and that of other nations.

To date we have had great enthusiasm and belief in this issue's importance, but we've never been well-organized. If we expect to have our voices heard, that has to change.

So we are starting a network-building effort to assemble a coalition of like-minded and committed individuals from across Vermont who also want answers. We are looking for Vermonters who understand the issues and the importance of strength in numbers.

Our first action is quite simple: creating a database of people who want to be apprised on VT911 activities, people who would like to be informed of meetings or rallies or political events, and who might want to be part of future outreach efforts.

If you would like to be on our list, please send a note to Marc Estrin at mestrin@mac.com, and let him know whatever contact information you'd like to list in the database. Your occupation would be good to include, as well as basic addresses, so we can assess and/or demonstrate the variety of those concerned.

Additionally, some of us want to stand up and be counted. We think that if our friends and neighbors know we are taking this seriously, it may encourage them to do the same. Many of us are going to be posting our names on this website much the way that names are posted on the AE911truth.org and pilotsfor911truth.org sites.

If you are willing to have your name on our public list of supporters of a new, independent 9/11 investigation, please say so in your email to Marc. We'll check with you again before we post your name to make sure we have your permission. We will also be happy to remove your name from that list at any future point.

If you will, please forward this message to people you know who might also be concerned about this issue, and encourage them to contact Marc to add their names to VT911's private database and/or our public list of supporters.
