Vermont Yankee, Hydro Fracking, Smart meters, GMO’s, and State and Federal Debt all signal the end of consumerism. It was a good ride if you lived in countries like the U.S. but for those in Africa, South America, and other parts of the world it has been a horror. Progress and growth has netted poverty and environmental degradation for those who were not exceptional. We were the winners and all others by the rules of the capitalist game were losers.
So what do nuclear power, gas drilling, GMO’s, and debt have to do with the end of consumerism? We are broke. The criminals in charge of the world have realized that people like me can live the rest of their lives without buying another pair of pants, another car, computer, house, and have no use for the trinkets manufactured in China that help float our debt. What then is a Wall Street controlled government do to with a population infested with baby boomers like me?
Essentials!! The post consumer generation needs to eat, drink, and heat and cool their homes that they own. The final frontier for the capitalist pigs running things, the endgame in essence will be the fight for control of our bodily functions. Their enemy; organic local family farms, fresh well water, solar, wind, and hydro power.
As this blog is being written the criminals in Congress are debating forced opening of the Delaware River Basin to Fracking. This area of shale has been called the Saudi Arabia of gas. Fracking which involves the injection and ignition of diesel fuel into shale deposits has destroyed aquifers in Colorado, Pennsylvania, Wyoming, and the Amazon basin. If the Delaware River becomes polluted and the water is undrinkable, New York City will have to buy all of its water!!! Bonanza baby!!!
The same goal is at hand with GMO’s. Privatize and monopolize food supplies. Nuclear power, smart meters, federal debt, are all methods for the post consumer culture to be forced into submission.
The key to our freedom isn’t restoration of the constitution it’s fighting for food, energy, and monetary independence. Secession will be achieved as an end result. If we had the guts as a state to secede first, food, energy, and monetary independence would be our guiding principles. The age of consuming more than we produce is over. We can no longer afford to be a society of winners and losers.
